At VMAX Electric Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance ride. If your scooter isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the scooter in its original factory packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and tools, to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
Ship to VMAX
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for damage and verify the odometer reading, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
